Claudio Eggert brings over 25 years of experience in international finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development. His most recent position was President and Chief Operating Officer at Barnhart Asset Management, a Toronto-based private equity firm, overseeing operational, financial, and investment strategies. Before that, he spent more than two decades at Scotiabank, leading M&A and corporate initiatives throughout Latin America.
